1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

You have legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms;

You are not a minor in your jurisdiction of residence;

You will not use the Site for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes;

You will not attempt to access the Site through automated means (bots, scripts, etc.);

Your use will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If any information you provide is inaccurate or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use the Site for purposes other than those related to legitimate real estate services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with Site security;

Harassing, threatening, or abusing our team, agents, or other users;

5. USER CONTRIBUTIONS

By posting Contributions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our brokerage services.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., MLS integrations, mortgage calculators, or vendor referrals). We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or practices of third-party websites and disclaim any liability arising from your use of them. Accessing third-party content is at your own risk.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

8. SITE AVAILABILITY & MODIFICATIONS

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Property Pro Partners, its affiliates, brokers, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

14. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using the Site, submitting forms, or contacting us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

15. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Property Pro Partners regarding Site use. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our rights.
